An Idealistic Path

An Idealistic Path
Education sprouts in different directions depending on the way we look at it. It materializes depending on our values and thoughts and also the way how we experience with it.What if a student learns in a class which consists of routine words which led to spin into combined realms of thoughts and creativity which are already developed just for students’ sake. In such situations, students just present what they have learned instead of adding their thoughts and information as they have to follow the standards imposed on them. This is the current scenario in our educational system. This routine type of teaching and learning is practicing in every nook and in every corner, inside and outside of every educational institution. Students have to learn just what they want to learn and present exactly the same to succeed in their limited educational environment. Students are treating that it is their grand success and not making any additional attempts to compete with the real world which is vast and not the one which is around them. There are different views of education which have to come into practice to change the routine type of Teaching-Learning System.Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who is treated as Guru of the nation, scrutinized the educational system in India and struggled to bring changes in Indian educational system. He wished to see the changes in the teaching-learning system.
Is teaching A challenge for the 21st-century teachers?
Changes are going to come into force in student learning and teaching system that we are going to see in the coming years. Teaching is no longer about just classroom management which includes monitoring and submitting the content. There are many new realities that every student is going to face.Below are the few areas which are going to change. Out of these tasks, some are related to the less skill based and many are conceptual.
• Personalization is the area where the student is evaluated individually in real time.
• Changes in Data forms include using the latest data techniques like visualizing the content. In this context, there is a need for more and more modern teachers who can design data sources and the designed data has to be visualized.
• Changes in classroom management. In this area, teachers have to analyze cooperate and coordinate with the students in their social interactions. This may include internet and digital technology.
• Modern Teachers have to demonstrate and guide them in their teaching. This area needs affection and accepting the responsibility of the students and honoring them.• Internet Usage is a compulsory qualification for the future teachers as they have to teach with the help of computers only.
• Modern teachers must know about cloud-based issues and they have to know about the log-in information because the change in the educational areas starts from this point only.
• Synced learning is the ability to learn by the students who are engaged with a common set of a core material and educational resources used by the teacher.
Finally, we can say that to lead an Idealistic life everybody needs Education and at the same time right person to guide, say ‘Guru’ who plays an important role.
