When you go on the mediation than in that people say that not to speak to anyone, not to read, not to write just be with your own self, with your own thoughts and then somehow just fights your own thoughts or just become aware of them. You figure that the hardest person to actually spend time with is your own self. And then the question is “Can you spend five minutes with yourself everyday?” just five minutes.
And at the beginning of the meditation, those five minutes seems like full of one hour with reminding the whole day story, thoughts, emotions, and fear also. We have every feeling in those five minutes which we actually don’t need and the thing we are looking for in the meditation is far and far away. But always remember that “It’s never too late and not too early to start new things”. We all can start a fresh start with the giving just five minutes of yourself everyday and just trying to find out the real meaning of the existence of ourselves and questioning self what you are doing is correct or not in our own vision first then seeing the same thing with others aspects also. And also question yourself that are you comfortable with what you are doing with yourself and what with others.
Knowing who you truly are, being self-aware, being comfortable with own, with how your thinking and those Five minutes will completely change How you look at yourself and thus the world. To live with happiness and peace and not like Robots and zombies then must spend five minutes with yourself every day.
