“Progress is impossible without change and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything”. It is a well know fact that change is difficult at first, Messy in the middle and magnificent in the end. We don’t need any managers to manage our activities, all we need that a leader who can lead us to promote our progress.

Transformation does not start with someone else changing you; transformation is an inner self-reworking of what you are now to what you will be tomorrow. It is not about perfect. It is all about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that is where transformation happens and change occurs.

The main theme behind Kalam's vision 2020 is to emphasize in the critical areas which help the economic development of the country. He expressed that if the youth can make a difference to the society in the literacy, environment, social justice and they should work towards minimizing the rural over the demand, thus development is not at all a dream anymore. He stated that youth should be courageous, dare enough to discover to travel unexplored path and concur to succeed.

To transform India, Kalam identified a few areas where India has a core competence for integrated action. Those areas are agriculture, food processing, infrastructure with reliable and quality electric power, education and healthcare, information and technology, communication, critical technologies and Industries.

In order to “Transform India by 2022” from the present ambience, the role of Government, educational institutions, Powerful Youth and Organizations have to take the charge and work accordingly. We cannot build a superstructure of our nation without a strong foundation. It is very difficult to believe that what was once dreamt by Dr APJ Kalam is shaping today with the initiative taken by our Igniting Minds Organization, by Educating, Engaging and Empowering our youth.

Dr.Kalam administered a ten-point oath to the powerful youngsters to take the initiative and work for the nation.

Let his dream may come true.Today Igniting Minds along with 6000 young minds ignited the Flame of Knowledge and started spreading its fragrance all over our nation.

Igniting Minds Organization took a small step today hope that may be a big movement one day.
