Naveen Kumar is working as a Assistant Professor in JKKN college of Engineering, Komarapalayam. He is the Founder and President of ATCHAYAM TRUST. Aim of the trust is to make beggar Free country and create a awareness among people for not encourage beggars by Money.
They started the service activity on 2014 while he was studying In final year Mechanical Engineering, and Now they are having more members and volunteers For Doing this service. Till date they have met 1900 beggars in around Salem, Namakkal, Erode district. They have rehabilitated 191 beggars by giving job, appointed in to Home, and Joined With their Family and more beggars are from Erode District. They conducted many awareness programs among the public for various aspect (Primary for Beggars). Conducted medical Camp, Tree plantation, volunteers work during flood relief and etc.

Atchayam trust a Non government organization in Tamil Nadu, founded by a visionary youth P.Naveen Kumar who was inspired by real scenario of panhandlers. Aims to create a beggar free India through empowering them for a new life and creating awareness among public not give alms.

HELPING BEGGARS HELP THE SOCIETY : The aim ‘a beggar free India’ leads the trust to have a strategy that would lay a respectable path to the panhandlers. It has been defined as ASC-R PROCESS.
AWARENESS:
With the motto of “No alms to any one; No asking for alms” the involved volunteers with the guidance of trust members conducts awareness campaigns and rallies among the public.
SURVEY AND COUNSELLING:
The identified Panhandlers are counseled after and during survey in the crowded areas to determine the reason, condition, prominent position and their physical and mental condition.
REHABILITATION:
They are accorded with a better life such as unifying with their blood relatives, admitting in old age homes or orphanages and aiding those jobs for their social security.
