Forest Man of India Padmashree Jadav Payeng launched the 'Hara Hai Toh Bhara Hai' Green India Initiative at Dhoromtul, Assam, along with members of Green Guard Nature Organization including Rituraj Phukan, Ranjan Barthakur, Diganta Goswami, Gaurab Talukdar, Biswajyoti Ray and local public. He challenged every citizen of India including the President to plant and nurture 3 trees as a tribute to the great visionary Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
