According to Swami Vivekanda, we all need to follow three things to become great in the society.
If you wish to be great in the society, follow few tips to develop your career. The change has to begin with you. The first step is to have a positive attitude. Look at the brighter side of life. Brooding and complaining is not the trait of a good personality. Begin with small day to day activities like playing games, reading books, sleeping for 6-8 hours, walking for 30-45 minutes every day; drinking plenty of water. You should follow the 3P principles-Be Positive, Practical and Pragmatic.
‘Do unto others, what you want to do to you’, is the rule to follow. Avoid criticizing others. You can put across your point of view assertively and effectively, without being, curt, rude or insulting. Be forthright but not harsh. Be lavish in appreciating and short in condemning. When you show respect to others it comes back to you with interest. Be magnanimous in giving credit to others where it is due. While accepting your mistakes do not lower yourself, on the other hand, it makes others look at you with more respect and admiration. You may have a different opinion, but it should not make you take the final judgment.
