The duration of one's life where he/she can make some great experiences is the teenager. Teenage is the part of life which turns one to dangerous and even pleasant. The time where a child can learn many new habits that have to effect on his/her future.

Every teenager is a person who has said "hate you" to their parents at least once during their teenage period. Why does this happen?

Yes, every parent and every teenager have this question, and the main reason behind this is that during teenage the child brain will be in a stage where the development takes place, and this will last up to 20's even. That is why also though the real teenage is between 13-17 years many people start thinking about maturity in their late 20's.

So, some of the things that to follow to have a good and positive teenage are:

  • Hobbies: Every teenager should start a new hobby in which they feel like interested in reading books, painting, etc. A hobby makes them think about what are the fields they are interested in and what makes them happy.
  • Physical Activities: one should start doing workouts and things like yoga and meditation so that they can maintain some balance between their mind and body.
  • Priorities: one should set priorities to do tasks that they will start practicing of planning from teenage itself.
  • Never hesitate to ask for help: Every person will have teenage, and so it's not a peculiar thing that one should hesitate to ask for help. So, whenever one feels like it’s good to ask for help without waiting.
  • Set goals: setting goals is the main thing every teenager should do. A goal keeps them busy and lets them, concentrate more on the career.

As every teenager should get some great experiences and turn positive in their life, its parent role makes them confident. So, some of the tips for parents to handle their teenage child are:

  • Never stalk on your child: Yes, it is must know what is your child is up to and what is he/she doing and what type of friends they are having but not by stalking. Some friendly communication with the child can do that. The child should never feel like you are trying to get all information about their life, but you must make the thing in a way that they feel free to approach you and discuss.
  • Never shout at your teenage child: To shout is to make them stay away. The parent should never shout at the child as shouting may lead to making them stubborn and sometimes they may get mentally affected and become emotional. So always try to have a calm nature towards children.
  • Never try to nag them: It may be in their career or maybe in sports whatever the thing is the parent should never rub their interests on the child. Not being their career coach helps them to choose their path and career.

Hence, by following these steps ones teenage can be made happier and confident and lets a teenager to experience some kind habits and turns them to see things more positively.
