Walk for water

An NGO’s set up with a magnificent thought-provoking action for providing clean water, access to every individual and a nation whole. In the Indian Constitution, Article 21, it is clearly stated that access to clean drinking water is a fundamental right as a part of the right to life. The reports say that clean drinking water and poor sanitation are the major causes of the child deaths in the world.

Walk for Water is a magnificent program wherein it is established to supply water treatment plants are mandatory to maintain hygiene health conditions nationally and globally too.

Walk for Water is an organization which struggles for the betterment of health individual lives and also for a healthy nation. They mainly aim to bring awareness to the society which is the only solution to the water crisis in the country.

As they are NGO’s their main focus is public health and happy society, which are ultimately a better quality of life.

They feel that they are not just NGO’s,  they are the link between nature and human life. They took an oath to forward this commitment very seriously until their efforts are shaped.

A walk separated the primordial human from other animals. However, long, a walk begins with just one step and the sole determination to reach the goal. Let’s walk again, this time to preserve the very basic source that gave birth to live – Water! A drop of water could mean life, health, livelihood, quality of life and industry. This precious bounty of Nature – Water is under threat from us. Centuries of misuse, wastage and pollution of this life-giving resource by humans has endangered the future of our children. Will there be enough water for all? This scary scenario is not futuristic or alarmist; it might happen within our lifetimes as climate change impacts precipitation patterns and aquifers are depleted. Already, water stress has affected the lives of millions of people in Africa, Asia, North and South America.

Water, Water Everywhere But Not A Drop To Drink! Let’s Make Water Everybody’s Business by Promoting Water Conservation, Water Treatment and Rainwater Harvesting.
