Three Day GES 2017 Summit Highlights

Ivanka Trump, US advisory to Donald Trump and Indian honorable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi inaugurated the 8th Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

The main idea behind the three-day Summit is to bring together all the entrepreneurs, investors, government higher officials and supporters from startup ecosystem to establish purposeful partnerships among them.

Ivanka Trump exalted Modi for his leadership activities and achievements and said that Modi had proved that transformational change is possible. She said that how Modi improved his status from tea seller to Prime Minister Position. She also stated that Modi is an extraordinary achiever and also an inspiration for the whole country.

While extending her support of US administration under Trump, she expressed her gratitude by saying that India can enjoy a friendly environment in White House.

PM Modi while launching the GES logo said that according to Indian mythology women are treated as Goddess of power so it is believable that women empowerment is essential to the development of the country. He added to his speech ‘women first, prosperity for all’ and women are capable of leading in different fields of life. He memorized two lady astronauts who are originated from India, Kalpana Chawla and Sunita Williams for their immense contributions.

Under the encompassing theme of “Woman First, Prosperity for All”, He signified that woman entrepreneurs play an important role not only in the development of the economic growth but also addressing in critical challenges around the globe.

The main theme of the Summit is to concentrate on Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Technology, Digital Economy, Healthcare and Entertainment and Media.

As Hyderabad is decorating as the innovation hub in the whole country, this summit is an indication of improving economic growth and security co-operation between both countries.
